Cherya & Tom previously worked at Del Webb/ Pulte Homes and quickly became a top producers both in their area and entire division of Florida. In 2012 they launched their own Real Estate team and have been awarded the #1 Top Producers of Northeast Florida Home Builders Association for 7 years in a row from 2015 - 2021. Tom began his construction career with Pulte in 1998 and proceeded to become Executive VP of Sales for the Southern California division prior to returning to his home state of Florida. Cherya is the daughter of an esteemed Custom Home Builder in Marion County and her mom is a Nationally acclaimed Realtor. Therefore, she has a profound background in both New Construction and Residential Real Estate.  This couple has continued strong relationships with national and local builders at every level in the industry.
