OUR TEAM WILL ASSIST WITH THE FOLLOWING

 FOR 3 Years

1. We will market your lease property (marketing plan provided upon request).

2. Assist you with the screening of the prospective tenants (we pull the credit reports).

3. Draft all lease required documents and special seller addendum.

4. Assist you with securing a home warranty company.

5. Provide you with a manual of your local rental policies and procedures.

6. Provide you with a copy of the Landlord Tenant Act.

7. If tenant does not provide payment, we will contact tenant on your behalf with your permission to help collect rent.

8. Stay in touch with both the seller and tenant. We will provide services and advice for up to three years at no additional charge.

9. If property should go vacant in the three years, we will provide all of the services once again at no charge to seller.

10. We will provide the seller a one-time guaranteed rent if property is not rented within 30 - 45 days from closing (Schedule to be provided).
